This policy explains how IEPPY subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It applies to all paid IEPPY plans.
1. Subscriptions & billing
- The Paid plan is $4.99 USD per month or $39.99 USD per year, charged as an automatically recurring subscription until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. IEPPY does not store your card details.
- Your subscription renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will give reasonable notice of any price change.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing in the app, or by emailing us.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; it simply does not renew after that. You are not charged again.
- After the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained (subject to the Free plan limits) unless you delete your account.
3. Refunds
- If you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us and we will refund it.
- For a monthly plan, we generally do not provide partial refunds for the current month once it has begun; you keep access until the period ends.
- For an annual plan, if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or most recent renewal, you may request a refund for that term.
- We handle reasonable refund requests in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@ieppy.app from the address on your account, including the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
5. Free plan
IEPPY offers a free plan so you can try the core features before paying. There are no charges on the Free plan.
